Telephone Consultations
Telephone consultations provide Gerson Lehrman Group's clients with custom, direct and rapid access to Council Members, helping them to expand their industry knowledge through specialized on-demand tutorials.
Based on a specific client query, GLG uses proprietary knowledge management tools to identify the most qualified and appropriate Council Members for the request, usually providing a variety of suggested experts within 48 hours.
Council Members are screened for participation in the consultation by their responses to taxonomy-based questions, which request and store granular details on capabilities or conflicts, as well as their availability. These Council Members must then agree to the terms of the particular project.
GLG has arranged over 125,000 telephone consultations in the past twelve months.
