Mark Gerson, Executive Chairman
Mark Gerson is the Executive Chairman of Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), which he co-founded in 1998. Mark is the author of several books published by the Free Press, Addison Wesley and Madison Books. He has also written numerous articles and essays which have been published in newspapers and magazines including The New Republic, Reader's Digest, USA Today, and the Wall Street Journal. He serves on the boards of the American Friends of the IDC, Manhattan Institute, Yale Chai Society, and Imentor. Mark is a graduate of Williams College and Yale Law School.

Michael Blumstein, Chief Financial Officer
Michael Blumstein is Chief Financial Officer at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). He
previously was Morgan Stanley's director of US equity research for four years
and a leading insurance and financial services equity analyst for the prior 15
years at Morgan Stanley and First Boston. Early in his career, Mike was a
business-financial reporter for The New York Times. Mike received an AB in
economics from Brown University and earned an MBA with distinction from Harvard
Business School. He is a chartered financial analyst.

Paul Ciraolo, Managing Director, Global Business Development UK
Prior to joining GLG, Paul was a Partner at Arete Research, an independent research firm. Previously, he spent 5 years at Robertson Stephens, where he was the Managing Director responsible for London operations. Mr. Ciraolo has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. He holds a B.Sc from New York University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU.

Jennifer Cugini, Vice President, Human Resources
Jennifer Cugini is Vice President of Human Resources at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). Jennifer was hired in 2004 to build and lead the human resources function for the firm. Prior to joining GLG, Jennifer spent eight years with the Fox News Channel holding positions of increasing responsibility including vice president of Human Resources for the international news network. Jennifer is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University School of Labor and Industrial Relations.

John Donoghue, Director, Business Development
John Donoghue is Director of Business Development at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) where he focuses on developing commercial relationships with corporations and professional service firms. Prior to joining GLG, John practiced law at O’Melveny & Myers LLP and served as Associate Counsel to Vice President Al Gore. John received his undergraduate and law degrees from Georgetown University.

Michael Duran, Managing Director, Private Equity Business Development
Michael Duran is Managing Director of Private Equity Business Development at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). Previously at GLG, Mike was head of the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Research Practice Prior to joining GLG, Mike was a Partner at Apax Partners focusing on early-stage technology investing. Earlier, he was Vice President of Equity Research at Lazard where he covered data networking companies. Mike held industry positions at Salomon Brothers and AT&T Bell Laboratories. He holds a CFA designation, an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MSEE degree from Carnegie-Mellon University, and a BSEE degree from the University of Washington.

Jonathan Glick, Director, Research Operations
Jonathan Glick is Director of Research Operations at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). Before joining GLG, Jonathan was CEO of OuterForce, providers of a software platform for the management and compensation of expert networks. Before joining OuterForce, Jonathan was Head of Product Development and Technology for The New York Times Electronic Media Company responsible for the design and development of all products and services, including The New York Times on the Web. Jonathan received an undergraduate degree from McGill University and pursued graduate studies in Cognitive Science and Instructional Technology at Columbia University.

Andrew Goldman, Managing Director of Marketing, Communications and Public Policy
Andrew Goldman is Managing Director of Marketing, Communications and Public
Policy. He was, until recently, Executive Vice President for Global Marketing
and Communications at Instinet, where he not only managed communications, public
relations, investor relations, advertising and general marketing, but also all
public policy and government relations for what is still the world’s largest
agency broker and was previously one of the nation's largest electronic marketplaces.
Before joining Instinet (then Island) in 1999, Andrew was Managing Director and
co-founder of Clark & Weinstock’s Washington office, a leading public policy
firm, and before that he held positions at the American Enterprise Institute, the
Department of Defense and the Wall Street Journal. He received the Secretary of
Defense Medal for Outstanding Public Service. Andrew graduated from Wesleyan University.

Mark Haseltine, Vice President, Engineering
Mark Haseltine is Vice President of Engineering at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). Mark joined GLG from Context Media, a leading provider of enterprise content integration software and services, where he was vice president of products. Previously, Mark served as an executive team founding member and vice president of engineering at AltaVista Software, a division of AltaVista Company. His responsibilities at AltaVista included building and managing the team that developed the search website. Prior to AltaVista, he served as a development director for Oracle Corporation where he spearheaded development efforts in CRM and E-Commerce product areas. Mark holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a MS in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Laurence Herman, General Counsel and Managing Director
Laurence Herman is General Counsel and Managing Director at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). Prior to joining GLG, he worked for Cahill Gordon & Reindel as a corporate lawyer and was Senior Vice President, Operations, for Capital IQ, Inc. More recently, he worked in strategic development for Delphi Capital, working with the firm’s affiliated fund of funds and hedge funds, insurance companies and other investment projects .Laurence received a BA from Williams College and earned a JD from the University of Chicago.

Thomas Hutzel, Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President
Thomas Hutzel is Chief Accounting Officer at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). Before joining GLG, he was Chief Financial Officer for nine years at Spencer Trask Venture, a New York- based venture capital firm. During Thomas’s tenure at Spencer Trask, he was the CFO and a board member serving several of the firm’s portfolio companies. He was responsible for the assessment and implementation of financial and accounting infrastructure within the portfolio companies. Early in his career, Thomas worked for Ernst &Young in the Entrepreneurial Services Division. Thomas received a BS in Accounting from St. John’s University and is a certified public accountant.

Elizabeth Keig, Senior Vice President, Legal and Business Development
Beth Keig is Senior Vice President of Legal and Business Development at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). Beth began her career with Electronic Data Systems in Dallas and London holding positions in corporate development and international legal support. She held a shareholder position for 16 years with the South Texas firm of Cox Smith Matthews practicing corporate, securities, and technology law. She is an active member of the Advisory Board for the College of Natural Sciences at the University of Texas at Austin and the Board of Directors of the March of Dimes, Austin Chapter. Beth earned a BS in Computer Science and a JD from University of Texas at Austin.

David Legg, Managing Director, Global Business Development
David Legg is Managing Director of Global Business Development at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). Prior to joining GLG, David was at McKinsey and Company overseeing strategy and business development projects in the United States, Canada and England. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Lethbridge, in Alberta, Canada, and holds a PhD in political science from Yale University. In addition, David holds a law degree from Oxford University where he was a Chevening fellow.

Aaron Liberman is Managing Director of U.S. Sales at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). Before joining GLG, Aaron was Managing Director and Head of North American Equity Sales at Deutsche Bank. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he was with Goldman Sachs for 14 years holding positions of increasing responsibilities including Managing Director of Institutional Sales. Dmitri Mehlhorn is Managing Director of Global Operations at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). Dmitri joined GLG from O’Melveny and Myers, where he was a practicing antitrust Counsel, and served as Director of Strategy. Prior to joining O’Melveny and Myers, Dmitri was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company. He has published articles on legal issues focusing on economics and technology. Margaret Molloy, Vice President, Marketing
Margaret Molloy is Vice President of Marketing at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). Margaret joined GLG in 2006 from Avistar Communications where, as Managing Director, she spearheaded user adoption of technology. For six years earlier, she served Siebel Systems (acquired by Oracle in 2006). Her roles there included Senior Director of Field Marketing & Customer References; Director of Customer Strategy focusing on business cases and ROI analysis; and Senior Product Line Manager launching Siebel’s CRM software in the Media vertical market. Earlier in her career, Margaret served Telecom Ireland (Eircom) as Vice President of Marketing, promoting Ireland as a business destination for U.S. companies. She holds a BA in European Business from the University of Ulster (Ireland) and the Universidad de Valladolid (Spain). Margaret earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Robin Pinckert Nelson, Vice President, Strategy and Finance
Robin Pinckert Nelson is Vice President of Strategy and Finance at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). Prior to joining GLG, Robin was a Principal at Accretive Technology Partners. Previously, she spent five years as COO and CFO of Endeavor Global, during which time she helped expand this early-stage international economic development organization to a global network in six emerging-market countries. Prior to this, she was Director of Strategic and Financial Planning for Medical Affairs at Oxford Health Plans, where she worked with the Chief Medical Officer to help implement Oxford’s turnaround plan. Robin also worked in early-stage venture capital at Fidelity Capital, in a turnaround at Rax Restaurants, and in investment banking at Alex. Brown & Sons. She holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a B.A. from University of North Carolina, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

James Yockey, Managing Director, Business Development
