"Customized" intraocular lenses are gradually making their way into the mainstream of ocular surgery. First there were multifocal and accommodating IOLs. Now there are toric IOLs. And the future is upon us for more sophisticated designs such as the telescopic IOL. Visioneering sees solid investor interest following SEBIO event | www.techjournalsouth.com
The potential market for a newer and better optical solution to the problem of presbyopia is limitless. The market for eye drops for the treatment of open angle glaucoma is huge.
