The Contact lens manufacturers have had similar torts over the years and people keep wearing contacts despite misrepresentations by the manufactures. The patients don’t care but pay more for the lenses in the end.

Bausch and Lomb is doing a fine job recalling a product managing a problem that is not known to exist, as in harmful or unsafe to the public, so they are being cautious. There is nothing wrong with being cautious.
