Hormone blocking therapy is added to radiation, unnecessarily, in early prostate cancer patients. The result in early stage patients is unnecessary side effects and reduced quality of life. Go figure.

Sounds impressive. Large trial. Randomized. Dose response implied. Would like to know the evidence for a vascular mechanism. The mechanism will be important if there is to be a barrier to competition from other formulations of paclitaxel.
