The investment money market could be reason enough for a delay in the start of Trumps second tower. He would not be the only one taking a second look at finances during this down period. He can look at the Strip and see where Las Vegas is heading. If he wants to make some serious inroads into the gaming business here he needs not to hold back to long.  Does this hotel have a chance in today's casino market? The possibility of making the Hooter Hotel into to a winner will be a large undertaking. It's had, a less than stellar reputation over the past few years. The new owners seem to be trying by renaming and updating the property. It's a hefty project.......
