HCTZ is given once a day. Altace is given once a day. So of course they work for 24 hours together

This drug will compliment Lotrel in the Hypertension market. Novartis will now have an Amlopidine-ACE and an Amlodipine-ARB combination. Which will be better is unclear as of yet, but the choice is now there.
