It is good to have the possibility to treat children early and slow or stop the development of ASCVD. However, the long-term use of statins starting as early as age 8 means that it will continue for 70+ years in some of these patients.

This is a good start. In my opinion there is no place for epinephrine inhalers at all in the treatment of asthma.

TB therapy can be difficult to accomplish. Adherence to therapy is a great barrier. Any regimen that is shorther is likely to improve adherence .

If results hold up this is clearly an innovation. Taking anything orally is always easier. This will probably reduce costs further as patients will likely be discharged sooner and can stay on anticoagulation longer in a simplified manner.
