eBay may be worth a second look after having been roundly criticized. The data doesn't support all the negativity. eBay could be a bargain right now.

eBay's is the world's largest online auction site as well all know. But never has it been so in danger of sinking, becoming a dot.com tragedy for the Web 2.0 generation. Are highly publicized changes it's making, and the overtures to bigger/big businesses, good for eBay in the long run?
