Ms. Kamala Worthington wrote the article and I agree with what she said. FLorida and CA are two of the worst areas for real estate in the country. Foreclosures and short sales will be even better for buyers in 2008. Mortgages will be a lot tougher to get in 2008
Negotiations and days on market are affected by the price range.
Listings are going up. Mortgages are getting a lot harders for buyers and sellers are having a tough time selling their home. This no shock to me as I have seen first hand the effect of this market here in South Florida.
