It is very good news atht Velcade approved for previously untreated multiple Myeloma. Velcade has multiple efficacy as treatmnet is concerned for other diseases too ( Diabetes-II, Cardiovascular disease) as the mechanism of action is same for those target ( proteasome  inhibitors).

Saxagliptin has good positive resluts in Phase-III trial.Still noe there i snor side effect reported. Thsi drug will compete  with Januvia ( merck). But Saxagliptin is better situtaion as the mechanism of action is concerned on DPP-4.
