Lilly plans on disclosing the amounts of money it is paying to individual doctors for consulting.  Other companies will begin to follow suit.  This will limit how much money physicians will accept from drug companies.

Many drugs for children are being used off-label, since they haven't been studied in children.  It would be nice to have registration trials for these drugs in kids, so that they have official approval of the regulatory bodies. 

Monoclonal antibodies are the drugs of the future.  They will grow at impressive rates are have much less competition than other drugs.
