With the likely pandemic viral event looming on the horizon, the ability to place strategic, distributed quantities would allow for a better medical response, most likely will help to avert panic hording, and allow more rural and diverse early intervention.

New medication from PFIZER halted secondary to side effects.This leaves use with Niacin to raise HDL and lower triglycerides.Flushing and side effects/restrictions with RX need to be improved for increased Niacin use.
