I have not found nebulized antibiotic therapy to be of great success in patients with chronic sinusitis.  There are already a few pharmacies that have formulated an array of nebulized antibiotics and I have tried them in a few patients with no success.   

With the likely pandemic viral event looming on the horizon, the ability to place strategic, distributed quantities would allow for a better medical response, most likely will help to avert panic hording, and allow more rural and diverse early intervention.
