We have developed a thesis that is largely bullish on the future of Atlantic City. Investors, however, need to be aware of risk factors. New Jersey is a highly political state, and the future of the gaming industry is tied inextricably to such political fortunes. We are in fundamental agreement with the Casino Association of New Jersey on these issues, and this recently published op-ed piece in the state's largest newspaper details the issue very well.
