SK Telecom (SKT) is planning to sell all of its 15.3% shares of Virgin Mobiles USA for the pure investment purposes with Sprint acquiring Virgin Mobile USA. The 15.3% of shares are converted into a dismal 0.53% shares after Sprint's acquisition and this kills the South Korean global operator's strategic importance to Sprint. SK Telecom's future attempts to acquire any significant operator will definitely be on a hold for very long time with painful lessons learned from Helio MVNO.

Equinix momentum continues, backed by a strong balance sheet and aggressive growth plans.  While pricing growth in the Americas has fallen to inflation levels, the well diversified company will continue to see strong revenue growth.  G&A growth is their one weakness.

Limelight is doing the right thing by trying to include more advanced software features in its CDN offering, but the question is how many content owners are making DRM a key part of their short and long-term strategies? Focusing on streaming (via Flash Media Server and WMS) and dying technologies such as DRM probably isn't the most efficient strategy.
