We may never know the full details of the problems really were in the iPhone 3G that caused problems with MMS. ATT is 'happy' with the new update. Consumers still have many problems and now lawsuits are flying. The issue goes much deeper than the iPhone or a particular software load. AT&T's network, along with its competitor's networks, are not ready for the new services paradigm. Even the vaunted LTE/4G network evolution will not eliminate the causes.
