The company has outsourced network management and operations, which I am still reeling from. Their current plan is way off what I would have expected by a typical carrier.

Bostock and Yang have acted selfishly and not in the best interests of Yahoo’s shareholders.  The result is this recent restructuring.  The fun and pain is about to begin.
