no doubt that Velcade has shown superior results . it deserved to be used as induciton regimen ( unles patient has pre-existing neuropathy)  for transplant. velcade is  more efficacious ,less toxic and more easier to give than VAD regimen.

Cancer vaccines have not held to the high expectations placed on them , so tghis one should not be any different. It is not clear from the press release what type of brain tumor patients this vaccine will be used in and if alone or in combination with chemotherapy and/or radiation.
