This article is a good summary of the currently available techniques of excision, subcision, and resurfacing. It does not mention dermal grafting, a technique that I personally use quite often. The maximum correction that one can achieve is 50-70% with a combination of multiple techniques.

This technology is new, but no better than other resurfacing technologies like Sciton and Fraxel. Pain is significant, healing takes weeks, and there are risks as in other resurfacing technologies. The final results are good. A head to head comparison with other technologies is needed.
