Within days the new iPhone will hit the market as well as the new BlackBerry as well as the new HTC as well as the new.... We are going to witness the third generation of mobile phone wars starting this summer. We moved from the brick to the flip and true hand held and now its time for the real move...

The inventories of iPhones are going to zero in one market after another. Apple can't afford to wait a month or months for the new product release. Could it be they are ahead of schedule and the new phone is days away.

1. New Markets will be created, enabled by the 450mm revolution. 2. Opportunity is there for new equipment strategic alliances with major chip players. 3. Smarter, simpler electronics projects need very intelligent, very large 450mm wafer-based chips.

The iPhone will be one year old June 29th. Watch Apple release the 3G iPhone on or about that date. What a birthday party.

This summer may prove to be a turning point in wireless telecom. Keeping track of all the rumors and possibilities may require a scorecard. If the price of one of your key building blocks goes up, your prices have to go up or your profit margin has to go down.

It used to be said "What good for General Motors is good for the USA." Well times have changed but now it appears whats good for Intel is good for Apple. Intel's outlook is based not on what Intel thinks but rather what it's customers think.

If this rumor is true it would be a total waste of resources for Microsoft unless they were going to come out with a full line of products.

You can tell by all the articles I listed in the Topic/Question section that today the media has gone overboard on the iPhone, but some very interesting items have come out form all the different articles and I will narrow them down to make some sense.
