*It *will* reach some younger demographic groups, but YouTUbe skews a bit older than is commonly thought.
*Lifestyle seems to be a good match for YouTubers who generally look for light fare.

eBay's is the world's largest online auction site as well all know. But never has it been so in danger of sinking, becoming a dot.com tragedy for the Web 2.0 generation. Are highly publicized changes it's making, and the overtures to bigger/big businesses, good for eBay in the long run?

eBay's battle with Craigslist is a great example of a PR challenge eBay faces. eBay constantly mishandles PR. eBay must wake up to this fact and hire a proven PR guru.

Amazon is stealing eBay's top sellers. Many of the sellers that remain seem less than enchanted with eBay. This new strike planned for May, may mean more of the same, or that eBay's ears must start getting bigger still.
