Huntsman Corp has sued Apollo Management for false representation of their $10.6 billion merger agreement.         Hexion (owned by Apollo) filed a suit earlier this month to relieve its obligation to purchase  Huntsman.

Hexion Specialty Chemicals sued Huntsman Corp to end their $10.6 billion merger. Hexion’s case is built on their assertion that the capital structure of the deal “is no longer viable because of Huntsman’s increased net debt and lower than expected earnings”.
