Cisco slowly making strategy changes as the world moves to cloud services

Cisco is realizing that over time more and more of their current customers will be moving to cloud based services, but unlike others they will not provide cloud "capacity" instead focusing on Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings and the "tools" needed to run an efficient cloud offering.
