As Mr. Kanter has pointed out, the rating agencies have a very poor track record of predicting even tomorrow's results, much less the next ten years.  However, I submit that this is not a bad thing! I would appreciate him not drawing attention to their lousy track record because the worse they get, the more attractive GLG's services become to people who need more accurate information....

Once again the major rating agencies are getting it wrong

Although Fitch is using a very reputable company for their data PPR, Fitch’s model for this evaluation is very flawed. This will just perpetuate the misery of the CMBS marketplace and provide false readings as to the underlying health of the commercial real estate that is being secured.
