Summary
Currently the U.S. Government is interrogating and receiving testimony from Mr. Bernanke. The overriding theme of the interrogation (which is BofA) has been obfuscated once again by semantics and Bill Clinton era speak.
Analysis
Since EVERY word in the 3/4 million count of the U.S. English language can be interpreted by the listener (key on the listener) differently based upon EVERY context of each word - seems to me, sadly we need to establish legends before starting each conversation.
Communication and transparency is a necessity for us all to understand what has transpired, but the obligation of the communicator has now become similar and as intense as being deposed.
