VEGF trap
Analysis: Basically the Vegf trap ligand to block VEGF receptor looks promising in wet MD, but we all realize this based on the impressive results with Avastin. Be awrae that these drugs are marketed and chrged according to how much will be used and If a company charges a profitable amont for MD it would be prohibitive in the cost for cancer uses just as we have seen with the avastin contraversy. I feel the drug does have promise just as the other VEGF inhibitor, avastin and yet may have more affintiy to block.
