Summary
Three cable cuts in the same geographical area and in a short period of time suggests sabotage.
Analysis
It is difficult to envision a scenario which explains these cuts as natural occurrences. These disruptions have been caused by one of three entities:
1. Terrorist Group
2. Government Organization
3. Private company
Number one is the least likely as these groups probably don't have the equipment to do it and it is too subtle a gesture to provide a military or propaganda win.
Number three is also hard to imagine. If a company is trying to sell more cable capability and used this loss of service as a reason to go forward it would be too obvious. There just aren't many companies that lay cable. Also the resources to do this would be limited to a few companies.
Number two is my pick. As an anti terrorist operation it is interesting in that monitoring of rogue website behavior in light of service cut offs could help pinpoint there physical location.
There are other possibilities of course. I just don't buy accidental coincidence.
