They have improved, but they are not the holy grail
Analysis: Lasers have their promise. Pulse dye lasers, for instance, can work well for smaller spider veins. But a laser has limitations and anyone who tries to use them for everything will get into trouble.
Now many companies are making multiple heads and lasers that do multiple tasks. This is great. Just remember that there are a number of compications that can occur with these machines. If a practitioner is not careful, bad problems will occur. Many companies are starting to build into their devices safety protocols, and hopefully, eventually the laser itself will be able to determine skin type and set itself to the appropriate setting. That is not here yet.
As far as investing goes, buy and sell early...because there is always a better machine around the corner....
