Now instead of 1 government dictating policy to Chrysler, there will be 2. The scary thing about that is it is unknown as to which government is more Socialist than the other. This venture is doomed on so many different levels it is laughable. Cerberus should sell it off piecemeal to the highest bidders and take their lumps and reinvest the capital in devalued equities. Let people who know how to run a car company into the ground because they do not know how to do anything else do it - Cerberus should get back to doing what it did best - making money in the financial markets without building much of anything.
