Surrounding the valley
Analysis of:
STATIONS CASINOS AQUIRES 45 ACRES - (LAS VEGAS) | www.lvrj.com

Implications: Stations has now completed their known desire to circle the las vegas valley
Analysis: With the addition of the property recently purchased south of Las Vegas, Stations has now completed the circle they have always envisioned surrounding Las Vegas. Durango Station will be the west wing, while Alainte will be the northwest wing, paralleling Santa Fe Station. The new property will be the southern point and will be flanked by Green Valley Ranch on the one side and Durango Station and Red Rock on the other side. Once all the new projects are completed, Stations will have the first properties from the north and the south for tourists and will have contact with every local community. This plan has been their vision since the opening of Boulder Station. This has been and will be a very thoughtful and well executed plan upon completion. Congratulations to the Fertitta's!
