Implications: McDonald's in Canada is upgrading decor and new products. New product offerings are changing the concept of QSR.

Analysis: New products and consumer demands are creating the need for action and reaction for QSR chains to continue to compete with the success of fast casual concepts. The market is seeing a  introductions of new healthy products and creative ways to give the consumer quality products. With these comes demands on the design and systems to be able to deliver the customer service. I predict that we will see a major trend of QSR chains moving their concept into the fast casual segment.
