Summary

Cyril Moulle-Berteaux relates interesting facts that corroborate the return to a normal housing economy in the future.  Yet, others do not understand Moulle-Berteaux’s historical analysis.

Analysis

Throughout time, history tends to repeat itself. We do not always live in euphoria nor do we reside in an economic debacle all of the time. We are merely amidst a perfect economic storm as others have noted. In the past storms of the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, and early 1990s, our government was not in the midst of fighting unfounded wars nor taking away one freedom after the other. Once again, apartment homes are being occupied. The rents continue to increase. Landlords are enjoying the market.  Apartment construction is in demand. Just like every cycle where housing prices come down and apartment homes increase, a balance will occur.  This balance will benefit renters in their quest to become homeowners. It may not happen shortly; but, the scales will begin to weigh in the favor of home buyers and home builders who meet the demand.  Thank you to Cyril Molle-Berteaux for her positive economic insight.  I agree with her!
