Implications: Sears has once again proven to be late in recognizing fashion trends. Hip Hop although not dead as a music trends is dead as a fashion trend. Even the biggest names in Hip-Hop clothing has hit thee skids, whether it be Rockawear or John John or any of the so called urban labels. It is unfortunate when these names would have been important that Sears slept.

Analysis: For Sears it is another losing move and I see little benefit for anyone other then the individuals whose names they are licensing and the manufacturers who produce the product.
