Implications: Katrina insurance coverage issues have acted as a possible spark for Congress to step up to the plate. Should insurance policies have what some perceive as illusory coverage?

Analysis: Katrina was not just another hurricane.  It has been claimed to be the necessary catalyst in shedding light on what some have said are questionable insurance claims handling practices or at the very least something to prod congress to step in and help. Katrina has enlightening many as to what some has perceived as illusory coverage.  Yes your covered, but not for that.  Kind of which came first the chicken or the egg: was the cause of your loss wind or rain?
