Indian economy is not slowing down even if global finacial market is in crises. The indian population has been denied the access of the convenient and comfort of the land-line telephone facilities due to unaffordable high price to use them. Now the introduction of mobile phone gives them convenience and comfort at the affordable price in comparison to their earning levels which is very low compared to other nations in the world. Hence, inflation does not interfere in accessing at the affordable cost (not the low cost according to the western standard).

This is seasonal jump in Mobile users and stay active even after the winter season all year around. October, November, December, and January are the peak months for Indians residing abroad to visit India during winter months. because of heavy rush during these months, visitors request their relatives to buy in advance mobile for the use in winter months.
