Media companies and broadcasting bodies should prepare to the changing days as new move of pay-TV is coming along with massive advertising campaigns.
Traditional TV companies should now compete with YouTube, Facebook and other consumer based productions, and realize that the stage is moving to the PC platform. The implication is dramatic also to the Cable TV, satellite and many infrastructure players as now the language is Internet  based protocols and tools.
64% increase in 2008 is just the beginning of an uptake trend that will position the IPTV as the major platform for consuming videos in the next five years.
