Analysis
Unlike many in the for-profit space where a new leader is being brought in to "turn around" the firm, here is more of a stay the course mentality. They are pursuing a well thought out plan which began a while ago and which course has for the most part been put on GPS status. Taylor won't be going off to a remote island in the Pacific he will be reinforcing his vision thru his protege.
Look for near terms continued course and stability.
