Summary
This m-TOR inhibitor appears to show efficacy in this phase II trial. Before anointing it a success let's see what phase III trials show.
Analysis
East Asian "plague?" Will they be willing to pay for this palliative agent? I am sure the cost will be high. As to the study itself- It appears OK but it's a long way until we can show improved efficacy compare to a standard treatment.
This is a very promising class of drug. Look for potential in other neoplasms!
