Analysis
Notwithstanding some thoughtful commentary by other contributors on this particular article (and similar pieces), the general overview(s) sometimes provided within such articles make it rather difficult to assess/suggest the impact. In many circumstances we have other resources to draw upon, but apparently not yet with this announced funding. Every Government agency (or "quasi" as Fannie/Freddie) is "taxed" right now and to discuss the capacity of a particular agency or particular assumed "bookkeeping processes" deludes from the real need to evaluate the particular proposed intervention once details are provided.
