Implications: I will agree, that a collapse is overkill. But I see a softening of transactions and more projects help up at CFO level and because companies can't hire, and retain talent efficiently. This talent is the hold up of implementing new technologies, none the least is datacenter challenges around power. Wan Opt product realization of layer 4 possible challenges, may change course of companies looking for wan opt done at layer 3 instead.
