Summary

Their stores don't measure up to their competitiors as far as looks or staffing. They don't market their brand very well. They struggle with their brand merchandise both in the store and with most of their advertising.

Analysis

As I visit this particular concept, I find their stores to be very dirty and unorganized.

In most locations, they keep their perfumes and colognes behind glass doors and do not allow any sampling even though samples are FREE.

A lot of their sales people don't speak English very well.

Their in store signage is not very appealing and a lot of times are in black and white and seem very dull.

They don't sell men's dress pants that are already seamed as you have to pay extra  which makes no sense at all.

I have found their ladies clothing to be very unorganized and mixed with many different age groups and styles.

I think they will struggle as they need to change a lot of management positions within their stores and their infrastructure of management personnel as they are the same people that got them where they are at today.
