Dermlex Launch
Analysis of:
Advitech to finally launch Dermylex in US | www.nutraingredients-usa.com
This analysis is solely the work of the author. It has not been edited or endorsed by GLG.
Implications: Advitech's launch of Dermylex will not have much of an impact on the psoriasis market. This is due to the fact that the product has minimal studies to back it up, and the company will rely on testimonials. This is not an effective way of marketing to physicians, and is difficult with patients. No "natural" product has sold well for psoriasis in past.
Analysis: This launch will not have much impact on existing products or companies. These companies generally have FDA approved products, which have been present in the marketplace with good sales and marketing support, and clinical trilas to back them up.
