Credit for IPhone

Implications: Tthey are hoping that this credit and reduction in price will increase sales since retail session begins in fourth quarter. They made a mistake in the pricing and now they are trying correct it. I will be curious to see if the pricing drops again in December. My opinion is that it will not. I think they will prepare for retail season and hope for the best.
Analysis: I think they prepared their data centers for the large volume of sales they would have from the Iphones and we all know that did not happen. If this is not successful by year end, I believe it will impact their growth and outlook for next year.
