In my opinion the real tricky point will be cost (in particular the differences in terms of cost in prescribing gefitinib instead of erlotinib), since the use of erlotinib in the maintenance setting is not so imminent and for several reasons it would be not so widespread.
I believe that, considering the other available agents, gefitinib could be prescribed to up to 1/3 of NSCLC patients in their history (including all the settings and with differences in median therapy durations depending on the line).
