Obtaining genetic profiles in cancer patients will become readily available and more cost effective as techology improves. Eventually all cancer therapy will be "targeted." Eventually all malignacies will be analyzed for potential targets. It remains to be seen which company will control the market for simple technology that will be available in every hospital, health care system and even physician groups (US Oncology?)
