Pressure Pumping Service

This is the overall business of pumping a fluid down a well for the purpose of improving production from the well. This can be a “frac job,” an acid job or a well-killing operation. This is a generic term used to mean that a pump truck or trucks are called to a well site to pump into the well. Companies that do this are Schlumberger, Halliburton, BJ Services, Weatherford International, and others.
