A Video Lottery is any sort of electronic gaming that is so defined within a jurisdiction's statutes as such, whether they are or are not true lottery games of chance. This essentially means any sort of gaming with some sort of instantaneous reward, whether a game of skill or chance, conducted on a player activated device and conducted under the auspices of a governmental or other chartered lottery operator or promoter.
