Fast Casual

Generally used to refer to a restaurant that attempts to sell casual dining and quality food with limited service and a more modest price point than Casual Dining, but higher than Quick Service. Most common service is to order at the register and a runner delivers the food to the table. Other methods include the burrito concept restaurants which can prepare the item as the guest chooses options and pays. If it sells alcoholic beverages, usually limited to wine and beer. Average ticket between $8 to $ 10.
