 Voice for the mobile operator is very profitable.  It's wholesale price decreases weekly while the retail price to the consumer is steady and on a profit margin basis, increases weekly/monthly as well.  New mobile services are abundant in Europe and operators are using these mature and proven services to increase ARPU and their brand.
